I had the honor and pleasure to work as a development intern for Scripty. The company’s mission is to produce podcasts with the intention of adapting them into feature films and television series. Empowering underrepresented voices and giving them a platform is at the root of almost all the projects they produce. My responsibilities consisted of performing research on the entertainment industry, completing script and podcast coverage, reviewing marketing material, and shadowing meetings with creatives.
